About Sarah Luckie Yoga
Be in the Moment
I have been an avid practitioner and student since 2016 when I fell so deeply in love with the practice from the moment I took my first savasana. From that life-changing experience on the mat, I sensed something so much deeper than shapes and “the workout” that we see linked so closely to a yoga practice. I felt it’s ancient wisdom in my bones and in the whispers of the breath. I was (and still am) forever obsessed.
After building a practice over the months following, I decided I needed more. Led classes couldn’t satisfy my hunger for knowledge anymore. I knew that this ancient practice was calling to me, and I had to answer. I answered with gaining my first 200hr YTT by the following July of 2017 and diving headfirst into reading, teaching, learning from other teachers and practitioners and exploring the practice in every way I could imagine.
Every piece of knowledge or experience I’ve encountered through this practice has contributed to the evolution of my teaching style.
I believe in living a life free of fear and judgement, filled with love, gratitude and excitement. These feelings inform and guide my teachings and personal practice alike.
As a teacher, I am focused on helping my students better connect to themselves, their surroundings, and establishing a path to deeper understanding on their own individual journey. It is an honor that I do not take lightly.
It would be an honor to hold space for your evolution.
Please join me in cultivating love and togetherness through the depths of yoga either via group classes or customized private lessons.
